GRAPE VARIETIES : Chardonnay 80 % - Orbois 20 % (Arbois).
Orbois is a very old french cepage. It originally comes from Loire Valley and especially from Touraine and Loir et Cher and gives the wine all its texture and character. The Crémant de Loire has a potential to age from 1 to 4 years.

HARVEST: Mechanical.
WINEMAKING AND MATURING PROCESS:
Pneumatic pressuring, alcoholic fermentation with temperature control, maturation on fine lees in stainless steel vats during 8 to 15 days.

Total Acidity: 3.97 g/l.
FOOD AND WINE PAIRING: Aperitif and desserts.
How to serve it: The Crémant de Loire has to be tasted fresh with a temperature between 5°C to 8°C.
