Terroir : Amphibolite on sandy soil
Vinification: The harvest takes place manually,
when the grapes are fully ripe. The vinification takes
place at low temperature (15 °C) after a rigorous
racking to preserve the aromas and develop a great
aromatic finesse.
Elevage: The Goulaine is aged for at least 2 years
on lees with batonnages
Current vintage: 2018 received 1 star to Guide Hachette
Tasting notes :
-Color: Pale yellow with beautiful reflections.
-Nose: white fruit, expressive with mineral notes
-Mouth: Supple attack, good balance, very long

Acidity: 3.8 g/l
Sugar : 1g/l
Pairing perfectly with seafood, fish, cheeses
