Terroir and Lieu Dit: Sur la Roche, Sud-Est facing at 400m above sea level. The subsoil is mainly clay-limestone and clay-marly with poor soil.
Our domain integrates sustainable growing
Harvests : Manual
Vinification : 25 % in new oak barrels, 25 % in 1 to 7 YO barrels and 50 % in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats (18° to 20°C).
Maturing : 12 months, « batonage » every week for the wines in barrels. In vats, the wines stay on fine lies before blending and bottling in August.

Nose : Intense, good minerality with floral notes,
In Mouth : Very clean, notes of ripe fruits, candied and Almond. We like its richness and complexity. Very good potential to keep.
Food and wine pairing : Aperitif, Poultry and fish in Sauce, roasted prawns, cheese.
