Dry White Wine, Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay
PLANTATION: These vineyards are usually around 30 years old. It is located on the hill and facing South-West, the soil is a mix of very dense different clays (Red, Blue and Yellow) that gives the wine its typical features. Within the framework of Sustainable agriculture respectfull of the environment, 8500 grafts are planted per hectare of vineyard with an expected return of 58 hectoliters. Harvest made by hand.
WINEMAKING AND MATURING PROCESS: Pneumatic pressuring, cold static clarification, fermentation in oak barrels of 1 to 7 years old, maturation on fine lees in oak barrels during 14 months.
DESCRIPTION: A delicate dry wine with fruit notes such as peach and white flowers. In month, you feel the same aromas with a toasted taste. This wine expresses notes of flowers and fruits in its early years. It is delicate but gets richer in the month after 5 years.
TASTING / FOOD AND WINE PAIRING: Scallops, Fish in a light sauce, white meat.
