CULTIVATION:

- Predominantly clay and loam soils
- Double Guyot pruning
- Organic farming since May 2009
- De-budding, de-leafi ng and thinning (green harvest)
- Grapes harvested starting on October the 4th, 2012
- Mechanical harvesting followed by manual sorting on a sorting table
WINEMAKING - AGEING:
- Traditional method with temperature controlled vats
- Cross-flow filtration
- 28 day maceration period in temperature controlled vats
Ageing: • 71% of production volume aged for 12 months in French oak barrels • 29% in vats - No fi ning in the blending process - Bottled on May the 26th, 27th, 28th, 2014
TASTING TECHNICAL INFORMATIONS : - 13.5% ABV - This vintage is lively and well balanced between fruit and tannins. - Requires decanting - Certified organic wine Alc.
