Grape variety : 70% MARSANNE and 30% ROUSSANNE.
Granite ground covered by rotted gneiss and schistes.
Average yields : 40 hl/ha.
The wine is made from our plots of vines.
Harvest by hand.
Grapes are destemmed.
Wine-making process : 100% of the production is kept in oak barrels along with regular temperature inspections.
Maturing « sur lies » and regular « bâtonnage » (to stir up the wine with a stick to suspend the « lies ») during 6 months.
Tasting : nice fruity and aromas, wine full in the mouth, all in structure and fragrance, melted and persistent. This wine can be served with fish.
Optimum preservation : from 3 to 5 years.
