Granite ground covered by rotted gneiss and schistes.
Young vineyard from 12 to 15 years average.
Average yields : 39 hl/ha.
Harvest by hand.
Grapes are destemmed.
Wine-making process : 16 day-fermentation in vats with regular temperature inspections and regular « pigeage » (to insert the grape pond in the juice). Half of the production in kept in barrels containing a blend of 3 to 5 wines and half in vats.
Tasting : Red and black fruit nose, well rounded finish, round tannins, light peppery note.
Optimum preservation : from 3 to 7 years
